About the Deye 8 kW Three-Phase Hybrid Solar Inverter SUN-8K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 in Oman

The Deye SUN-8K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 is the 8 kW version of the SG05LP3 three-phase hybrid line, rated at 8 kW of AC output active power, 8.8 kVA apparent, and 12.2/11.6 A of rated output current at 220/380 V or 230/400 V. Two MPPT inputs accept 12.8 kW of PV power and a panel field of up to 16 kW, each tracker handling a single string within 200-650 V. For motor starting it will hold twice its rating for 10 s, and the 190 A battery charge current refills a 40-60 V lithium-ion or lead-acid pack quickly once the sun is up. Continuous AC pass-through is 45 A and a diesel generator input is supported. The installed unit is the same 35.2 kg IP65 cabinet used across the smaller ratings, air cooled below 55 dB, with an LCD for local readings. Up to 10 units can be paralleled, and the warranty stated is 10 years.
