Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Defective Items

We accept returns for defective items only. If you receive a product that is faulty or does not work as intended, please contact us to initiate a return. The product will be inspected to confirm the defect.

No Exchanges or Change of Mind

We do not accept exchanges or returns due to change of mind. Once a purchase is made, we cannot accommodate requests to swap products or return items because you changed your decision.

No Returns for Working Devices

We do not accept returns for working devices whatsoever. Products that function correctly as intended cannot be returned. Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.

Shipping and Handling Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs when returning a defective item, unless the product was picked up from our store. For in-store pickups, no return shipping charges apply.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item. The inspection process takes 4–6 working days. Once the defect is confirmed, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
