Collection is the same-market route the other ten markets do not have, and it takes the freight line off the invoice entirely.

Delivered across the emirates, to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah. Our published shipping policy puts the Emirates window at 1–3 business days after dispatch, and an order confirmed before 21:00 enters processing that evening, and the policy allows one to three business days to dispatch. No separate trade lead time is published, and we will not print one we have not been given.

Exported onward from here. This is the market the export desk sits in, so a re-export leaves on FOB terms at the port of loading, or on CIF terms with the sea leg and the cover to your destination port carried by us. The shipping file — invoice, packing list, origin certificate — is assembled in Dubai and travels with the container.

What comes with the shipment — and what does not
Every consignment carries its commercial invoice, its packing list, its certificate of origin, and the model certificates the manufacturer publishes — listed on each unit's own page, and typically IEC 61727 and IEC 62116 for grid connection, IEC 62109-1 and -2 for inverter safety, and UN 38.3 and IEC 62619 for battery packs. A connection application is a separate matter: DEWA, ADDC and SEWA each run their own approved-equipment list and their own enrolled-contractor rule, and we supply the documentation for the file rather than the approval itself. Returns run on the published 30-day policy with a full refund, and a unit may be handed back at the Deira premises at no carriage.
How a trade account is opened
Registration is a form, not a negotiation: the company name, the country, the trade role and the commercial registration. Yes, and out of stock held in Dubai rather than out of a catalogue. Inverters and batteries are sold wholesale and retail from the same warehouse, collected in Deira or delivered across the emirates.
What is the minimum order?
There is none. The published minimum on all 169 lines is a single unit, and a trade quotation is written for the quantity you actually order, whether that is one 1.5 kW inverter or a container-scale battery.
Are the prices shown wholesale prices?
No. Every figure on this page is a single-unit retail price in AED, read from that model's own Emirates record. It is a ceiling rather than a floor: a trade quotation starts below it.

Yes — the export desk is in Dubai, where the goods already are. A re-export leaves FOB at the port of loading or CIF to the port you name, with the invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared before the container moves.
