Who you are buying from — and how to check it
Dealer certificate No. GFKFLFI1 is issued by Deye to AGS INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADING LLC at Golden level, and runs to 31 December 2026. Type the number into the manufacturer's own verifier and the answer arrives from its domain rather than from ours. The certificate names string inverter, hybrid inverter, microinverter, battery pack, all in one systems as the lines it covers.

Delivered inside the Kingdom, to Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina. Our published shipping policy puts the Saudi window at 1–3 business days after dispatch, and the handling clock starts the same evening on an order confirmed before 21:00 Dubai time. There is no separate trade lead time published, and we will not print one we have not been given.

Exported from the Dubai stock. A consignment can leave on FOB terms, handed over at the port of loading, or on CIF terms, where the sea leg and the cover to the port you name are carried by us. SASO conformity is a different process and we do not claim to have completed it for you: our SASO guide sets out what Saudi customs asks for and where the burden falls. Returns run on the published 30-day policy with a full refund, and a warranty claim is filed with Deye by us rather than handed back to you.
How a trade account is opened
Registration is a form, not a negotiation: the company name, the country, the trade role and the commercial registration. We read the file — the registration, the trading history, the references — and the terms are activated when it checks out. What changes afterwards is the figure you are quoted, your place in the queue when a container lands, and who picks up when you ring about a commissioning fault. What does not change is the price printed above, which stays the single-unit retail figure. No trade terms are published on this page, because the number moves with the model, the quantity and the market; it is issued as a written quotation in your company's name.

What is the minimum order?
There is none. The published minimum on every one of the 35 batteries is a single unit, and a trade quotation is written for the quantity you actually order — a 5 kWh wall pack and a 215 kWh cabinet are each quoted on their own figure, not against a threshold.
Are the prices shown wholesale prices?
No. Every figure on this page is a single-unit retail price in SAR, read from that model's own Saudi record. It is a ceiling rather than a floor: a trade quotation starts below it.
How do I confirm you really are an authorised distributor?
