The Deye SUN-40K-SG01HP3 sits above the 35 kW model in the SG01HP3 high-voltage hybrid range: a three-phase inverter rated at 40000 W of AC output active power and 44000 VA apparent, for factories, cold stores and large blocks. On the DC side it gains a fourth MPPT — four trackers of two strings each accept 64000 W of PV input power and up to 80000 W of installed modules, drawing 36 A per tracker below a 1000 V ceiling, tracking from 150 to 850 V and starting at 180 V. Two high-voltage lithium-ion battery inputs run from 160 V to 800 V at 50 A each for charge and discharge, on a strategy that self-adapts to the pack's BMS across six programmable periods a day. It passes 200 A of AC continuously, supports AC coupling and a diesel generator, and ten units parallel on one bus. Peak efficiency is 97.6% and European efficiency 97.0%. The cabinet is IP65 at 527 x 894 x 294 mm and 80 kg, intelligently air-cooled, rated from -40 to 60 degrees C with derating from 45 degrees C, and carries a 5-year warranty.
