About the Deye 4 kW Single-Phase String Solar Inverter SUN-4K-G05P1-EU-AM2

Delivering a rated AC output of 4 kW, the Deye SUN-4K-G05P1-EU-AM2 is a single-phase string inverter that suits a family home whose roof faces two directions. Each of its two MPPT trackers carries a single string, so an east face and a west face can be wired separately and each is optimised on its own curve rather than averaged into one. The PV input accepts up to 6 kW of modules, a generous oversizing margin over the rating, within a 550 V maximum and a 70-500 V tracking window. On the grid side the L+N+PE output runs at 220 or 230 V, 18.2 A at rated power and 20 A at the 4.4 kVA apparent-power limit. Conversion peaks at 97.5% with a 97.0% European weighted figure, and total current distortion stays under 3%. The unit is IP65-rated, silent under natural cooling, and covered by a stated 5-year warranty.
