About the Deye Micro Inverter 1,600 W Single-Phase SUN-M160G4-EU-Q0 in Iraq

Rated at 1600 W of AC output active power, the Deye SUN-M160G4-EU-Q0 is a four-channel micro-inverter that sits under the array and converts each panel separately. Its four MPPTs accept one module apiece in the 210-560 W class, 2240 W of PV input all told, with each input carrying up to 15 A and a short-circuit current of 22.5 A. Module voltage is tracked from 25 V to 55 V and must stay below 60 V, with production beginning at 20 V. On the grid side this is a single-phase machine giving 7.3/7 A at 220/230 V, holding harmonic current distortion under 3% and a power factor range of 0.9 leading to 0.9 lagging. Up to 4 units share one AC branch and report through Wi-Fi. The IP67 chassis weighs 5.1 kg, needs no fan, works from -40 °C to 65 °C and is warranted for a stated 10 years.
