About the Deye 20 kW Three-Phase Hybrid Solar Inverter SUN-20K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 in Kuwait

The Deye SUN-20K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 is a three-phase hybrid inverter in the SG05LP3 series, rated at 20 kW of AC output active power with 22 kVA of apparent power on a 3L+N+PE connection. The 20 kW rating suits a large villa, a workshop or a small commercial rooftop that stores its generation rather than exporting it. Two MPPT trackers take 2+2 strings and as much as 32 kW of PV input, working from 160 V to 650 V under an 800 V ceiling, and the 160 V startup threshold brings a cold string online early. Two battery inputs accept lead-acid or lithium-ion banks between 40 V and 60 V, charging or discharging at up to 350 A, with diesel generator support and 70 A of continuous AC pass-through. The 51.9 kg IP65 enclosure, 456 x 750 x 268.5 mm, is air cooled below 60 dB. RS485, CAN and Wi-Fi report to the monitoring platform, 10 units run in parallel, and the stated warranty is 10 years.
