About the Deye 2.2 kW Single-Phase String Solar Inverter SUN-2.2K-G04P1-EU-AM1 in Oman

The Deye SUN-2.2K-G04P1-EU-AM1 is a 2.2 kW single-phase string inverter from the String (G) family, series G04P1. It comes online at 80 V and tracks maximum power between 70 V and 500 V on one MPPT, so a single string of modules is enough to make the machine useful. Thermally it is rated from -25 to 65 °C and only begins derating above 45 °C, which means a wall in a hot courtyard costs almost nothing in yield across the year; cooling is by natural convection, with no fan to clog or fail. Rated AC output active power is 2200 W at 220/230 V and 10 A, and the apparent power ceiling is 2420 VA. The MPPT will accept 2900 W of PV, giving a village home with a refrigerator, ceiling fans and lighting real headroom to grow. The sealed housing is rated IP65 and weighs 5.6 kg. A stated 5-year warranty applies to the SUN-2.2K-G04P1-EU-AM1.
