About the Deye 1,000 W Single-Phase Micro Solar Inverter SUN-M100G4-EU-Q0 in Oman

The Deye SUN-M100G4-EU-Q0 is a module-level micro-inverter: a single-phase L+N+PE unit rated at 1000 W of AC output active power, mounted on the racking behind the panels rather than in a plant room. It serves two PV modules of 210-700 W each on two independent MPPTs, so a shaded or differently oriented panel no longer drags its neighbour down, and it accepts 1400 W of PV input in total. The tracking window is 25-55 V with a 20 V startup and a 60 V input ceiling, which matches the working voltage of one module. Peak efficiency is 96.5%. The 3 kg housing measures 280.5 x 190 x 40 mm, is sealed to IP67, cools naturally with no fan and stays under 25 dB, and it is rated to 2000 m of altitude. Wi-Fi carries the monitoring data, up to 5 units chain onto one AC branch, and the stated warranty is 10 years.
