About the Deye 100 kW Three-Phase String Solar Inverter SUN-100K-G03 in Saudi Arabia
The Deye SUN-100K-G03 is a three-phase commercial string inverter of the G03 series, wired 3L+N+PE, with a rated AC output active power of 100 kW for warehouse canopies, factory roofs and ground-mounted blocks. Its PV side is a second and separate figure: up to 150 kW of maximum PV input power, gathered by six MPPT channels of four strings each at 40 A of operating current per input and a 1000 V input ceiling. The tracking range of 200-850 V and a 250 V startup voltage bring the block online early, with 600 V sitting mid-window as the rated PV input. Output is 220/380 V or 230/400 V at 50 or 60 Hz, 110 kVA of apparent power, 151.5 A rated per phase, 98.8% peak and 98.2% European efficiency. Intelligent air cooling holds noise under 55 dB in an IP65 enclosure of 824 x 516 x 312.7 mm and 81 kg, certified to 4000 m, with an LCD 240 x 160 display and a stated 5-year warranty.
