About the Deye 3.3 kW Single-Phase String Solar Inverter SUN-3.3K-G04P1-EU-AM1 in the UAE

The Deye SUN-3.3K-G04P1-EU-AM1 is a 3.3 kW single-phase string inverter and the largest member of the G04P1 series, wired L+N+PE. Its 80 V start-up threshold and 70 V to 500 V MPPT range are backed by a peak conversion efficiency of 97.5%, a European weighted figure of 97.0% and MPPT tracking efficiency above 99%; the gap between those first two numbers is what a real installation actually loses. One tracker handles a single string of up to 4300 W, with 550 V maximum PV input voltage and 20 A of operating current. Rated AC output active power is 3300 W at 220/230 V and 15 A, with 3630 VA of apparent power, which covers a townhouse with a split air conditioner and a water pump. The IP65 unit is approved to 2000 m of altitude and protected by TYPE II surge arrestors on both the DC and AC sides. The SUN-3.3K-G04P1-EU-AM1 has a stated 5-year warranty.
