The Deye SUN-3.6K-G04 is a single-phase grid-tied string inverter that delivers 3,600 W of rated AC active power, 3,960 VA apparent, from up to 4,700 W of PV on two MPPT trackers, at 97.3% maximum and 96.9% European efficiency, inside a naturally cooled 8 kg IP65 enclosure. Each tracker carries one string at 13 A operating and 19.5 A short-circuit current, over a 70-500 V tracking window with 360 V rated and 550 V maximum PV input; an 80 V startup voltage means a short east-facing string begins producing early in the day. The grid side is L+N+PE at 220/230 V, 50 or 60 Hz, 16.4 A rated and 18 A maximum output current, with current THD under 3%. The cabinet measures 330 x 323 x 190 mm, stays below 35 dB with no fan, runs from -25 to 65 C with derating from 45 C, and up to 2,000 m altitude. A DC switch, residual-current detection, anti-islanding and Type II surge protection on both DC and AC sides are built in, with zero export and VSG support. Certified to IEC 62109-1 and EN 62109-1.
