The Deye AI-W5.1-B stores 5.12 kWh, 4.6 kWh of it usable at the recommended 90% depth of discharge, behind an IP65-sealed floor-standing cabinet, so it installs beside the house as readily as inside the garage. Its 51.2 V architecture pairs with low-voltage hybrid inverters, and growth stays simple: connect up to 36 units in parallel for as much as 184 kWh, while the AI-W range itself spans configurations from AI-W5.1-B to AI-W30.7-B. LiFePO4 cells rated for more than 6,000 cycles keep 70% of their capacity at end of life, and a built-in heating function lets the pack accept charge at temperatures down to -20 degrees C. CAN2.0 and RS485 ports handle inverter communication, a 125 A breaker is built in, and the manufacturer covers the unit for 10 years.
