Volt-Watt Response Activated — VW_activate - the volt-watt (V-W) power response has been activated by high grid-port voltage.

Cause: The grid port voltage has risen high enough to trigger the volt-watt derating response; this can be caused by high grid voltage or by an AC cable that is too thin to carry the current.
