What it means

AC reverse irrigation — Reverse power flow into the AC grid was detected ('AC reverse irrigation', i.e. reverse feed-in).

Cause: Power is flowing back into the AC grid beyond what the configuration allows, so the inverter flags reverse feed-in (the manual's remedy column simply restates 'AC reverse irrigation').

How to fix it

If export to the grid is not intended, check the zero-export/limiter settings and the meter or sensor-clamp installation; restart the inverter and contact your installer if the fault persists.
