ALARM_ID_INSULATION_FAILURE_TWO — Insulation fault.

Cause: Insulation resistance between the high-voltage circuit and ground is below the limit - moisture ingress, damaged cable insulation, or a pinched conductor.

How to fix it

  1. Switch off.
  2. Inspect and dry the HV cabling and connectors, and repair any damaged insulation.
  3. Contact Deye support before re-energizing if the fault persists.
