DC insulation impedance permanent fault — The insulation impedance between the DC (PV) side and ground is permanently below the protection limit.
Cause: A defective or missing inverter ground connection, or degraded DC-side insulation, keeps the measured insulation impedance to ground below the limit.
How to fix it
Check the grounding cable of the inverter.
