DEYE SUN LP1 Hybrid Series Error Codes: Causes & Fixes (19 codes)

This is the complete fault table for the DEYE SUN LP1 Hybrid Series Inverter family — 19 codes shared by 29 model numbers, transcribed from the official manual. On DEYE units, a fault code means the unit has cut its output and the red LED stays solid; a warning flashes the red LED while the unit keeps running.

F08Fault

GFDI_Relay_Failure.

Fault

Ground fault detector/interrupter (GFDI) relay failure.

CauseIn a split-phase (120/240Vac) or three-phase (120/208Vac) system the backup load port N line is not connected to ground, so the GFDI relay check fails.

Recommended fixWhen the inverter is in a split-phase (120/240Vac) or three-phase (120/208Vac) system, connect the backup load port N line to ground. if the fault still exists, contact Deye for help.

F13Fault

Working mode change.

Fault

The inverter's working mode has changed; this fault normally clears automatically.

CauseReported when the grid type and frequency are changed, when the battery mode is changed to 'No battery' mode, or, on some old firmware versions, when the system work mode is changed.

Recommended fixGenerally it disappears automatically. if it stays, turn off the DC switch and AC switch, wait one minute, then turn the DC/AC switches back on. Seek help from Deye if the inverter cannot go back to the normal state.
